Delivery

Our delivery charges are free on orders above £100 within the UK mainland. All orders below £100 will have a £7.50 delivery charge at checkout.

If you are located outside mainland UK, please email or phone us at customers@chattertonshop.co.uk or (44) 1494 722854 so we can quote postage costs. Local laws and restrictions may mean you are responsible for any taxes and duties.

Each purchase is insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number or alternatively email us and we will track your shipment for you.

We aim to dispatch orders of items that are in stock by noon on the working day following receipt of the order and to deliver items within 2 working days of receipt of the order.

All domestic orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked and signed service. Royal Mail may contact you via email and SMS text message (if provided) to confirm your delivery date. If the delivery date/time is not convenient or the Royal Mail are unable to make delivery, the Royal mail may hold your parcel at your local post office for collection at a more convenient time.
